We partner with a variety of groups, including independent makers and experienced suppliers. We also carefully test every product we sell to ensure quality and reliability. Also, we've been thinking of adding a section on our website or newsletter highlighting the stories of some of the independent makers we partner with. Is that something you'd be interested in? We want to make shopping easy for you. To that end, we accept all major credit and debit cards. We also take Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Shop Pay

Our monthly newsletter will notify you when our monthly product catalog goes live. We'll also update you with new ideas we're bringing to Serendipia, like our recent referral and loyalty program, Serendipity Points. Plus, only email subscribers will be able to vote on our Impact Partner. Don't worry, we won't email you more than once, and you can unsubscribe any time. We're happy you like us and want to recommend us! We have a referral program for our customers, and both you and the person you refer will get rewards if you use your personalized referral link. Serendipity Points is our loyalty program for customers like you! You'll automatically earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Create an account with us and earn extra points. Reach 90 points and receive $10 off your order!
Who is the Impact Partner?
Who is the Impact Partner?
Every 3 months, we select one Impact Partner, a nonprofit doing outstanding high-impact work across the world, to donate 10% of our profits. We look for organizations that are transparent about their impacts and that are committed to rigorous program evaluation and evidence-based interventions. We then shortlist a couple of candidates and ask our email subscribers to vote for who they want us to donate to. We do this so our subscribers can also learn about the amazing work that these organizations are doing. Every purchase you make will contribute to our donations. No exceptions.

We're actually artists ourselves, so we're happy to meet a fellow maker! We currently have an exclusive contract with specific marketplaces and supplier networks. However, we do plan on expanding our network of independent makers. The best way to see if/when this changes is to subscribe to our newsletter, where we'll offer any updates. You can also check back to this FAQ section, which we keep up to date.

Please note, the reason why our shipping can take longer than other shops is because we source our products from all across the world. The makers of these products have to ship their products to our warehouse partner which will then process the order, verify the product's quality, and send it your way. We go the extra mile to deliver the best products, and for that our shipping time might be slightly longer.

Currently, we can only ship to the U.S. We're working on expanding our shipping network so stay tuned!

We negotiate the best shipping terms for every product we sell, so that's the only option we'll offer!

You can track your order directly on our website or using the tracking number emailed to you in your purchase confirmation.

We are very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Once the order has been handed off to our shipping courier, we rely on them to deliver your package in a timely manner. This is certainly not typical!
Some couriers might update the tracking status ahead of time, so please allow an extra 24-48 hours for your order to arrive. If you still haven't received your order by then, please reach out to us so that we can further assist you in retrieving your order.

Serendipia implements a 100% inclusive price structure. That mean the price you see is the price you'll pay for all shipping fees, including customs and import charges.

Once your order is placed, it heads straight into processing so we can get your home decor items out the door ASAP. Because of this, we’re usually unable to cancel or make changes (like updating your address or swapping items) once the order is placed. That said, if you just placed your order and need help, reach out to us right away. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

You can find our return policy here. Want the TLDR? We have a 7-day return policy for items that arrived damaged or are marked as missing by our shipping courier. We're working on expanding our return policy to provide you with more flexible options.

We're glad you want to send some serendipity to your loved ones! We don't currently offer any custom packaging or notes for gifts, but that's an area we're exploring. In the meantime, do check out our referral program!
